It might be eczema, it's a skin condition that causes sores that have a clear liquid that oozes, then dries. It's extremely itchy, you didn't mention if yours itched or not. Google it and you should be able to find photos of it.

No not STD. Some STD have rash but yours is not typical presentation.It could be impetigo - use antibiotics (prescribed ones) or antibacterial cream

Consult a dermotologist, this may be Psyoraiasis(sp?) and can have implications for heart disease. It is hereditary.

It is not sexually transmitted.
