Yes, with all the fancy gadgets and what not nowadays, people are forgeting the value of simple and traditional excercises, which are just as effective, and it is a TON cheaper! ads just want you to believe there products/classes are the secertet to weight loss, NOT TRUE!

Excercise burns cals, the more you burn, the more fat you burn!

depends, for me it will not work, I'm attempting to grow a nice flat spot to hold my beer while I wacth tv. Exercise would be counter productive.
