White coating on fingers?

my grandma went to bed and a few minutes later she said she had severe burning and tingling in her hand, then it started hurting......now she has a pearl white coating on her fingers and its spotted at the tips...please HELP!

Please call the doctor because it sounds like she's loosing her circulation for some reason, heart, diabetes etc. I'll pray for your grandma and you---Please call a doctor. If you can't get one, call the emergency ward and ask them what to do. Good Luck sweetie!
