Actually, ankle injuries take the most time to heal for obvious reasons. You are always on the injury. I twisted my ankle about 10 months ago, bruised it from the inside to the outside and a quarter the way up my leg. It is just now starting to feel better, but still hurts if I step on it wrong. Definately go to your doctor and have them do an x-ray or at least an exam and talk to them about your issues. Good Luck to you, I know how painful ankle injuries can be!

It is not normal for you to be in pain after seven months. Pain meds are only going to mask an existing problem. Instead, go to a doctor and try to find out what is causing the pain.

Dude.... if you broke it 7 months ago and its still hurting ... you should be worried about more then just asking for pain pills...

go back to your doctor asap and ask way it is taking seven months to heal, that is the most important.
