It should be both colors- green and white but I squeeze and only blue comes out. HELP!

Poke a wire down the green hole and remove the blockage.
Or, if it is supposed to have green stripes and it doesn't, it's probably an old tube of toothpaste and the green dye has hardened or dried up.

It could also be that there was some problem with the tube filling machine at the factory and in that particular tube only one color toothpaste was filled.

get a single color toothpaste and it wont bother you.
