Does the practice of eating cooked blood of pigs or chicken not damaging to our body? What nutrients can we get from such practice?

Cooked blood is definitely okay to eat because whatever toxins might be in the blood (and of course the meat) is cooked away. I know that in my culture, we have a dish in which pork is cooked with pig blood, and it becomes so condensed that it's hardly the same texture or color.

Nutrients derived from blood include proteins, lipids, and fiber.

Ideally, blood is rich in nutrients such as minerals. But Religiously speaking... Christians should avoid eating blood....

As long as its cooked...

Protein! Zinc, Iron, sodium...Just like any meat. And it has no carbs.
