Hey guys, i'm trying to lose weight, and i dont need to know how, i know how.. i watch what i eat and work out with a personal trainer. However, i need some low calorie snacks and dinner ideas- but not ones that i have to prepare, becuase i live at home and my mother makes meals (also, i dont know how to cook complex meals.). Some snack ideas (portable preferably) and dinner ideas that are low in calories, healthy, and contain fiber (if you know of any) would be excellent. Thanks. Also, is there anything great to eat for lunch besides turkey sandwiches? (im an upperclassman in high school). Thanks!!
