It feels like the skin is ripping and it burns and stings
It mostly happens what i run or just walk somewhat long distances
What is it?

well i dont think its that cause im only 14
and its just like a split second of pain
and some other friend get it too
and the chances of us all having arthritis
is very low

it sounds like you and your friends have Severs disease if you are talking about the pain in the heel area. check out a very informative website regarding foot conditions. use the source as a direct link and good luck, i don't think it is arthritis. i work in podiatry office and this problem, Sever's disease is quite common in your age bracket and especially if you are athletic. it is quite easy to get under control, some stretches and heel lifts should do the trick. good luck!

We don't have enough information for an educated guess. Go to a doctor and have this looked at. If it is the skin that feels this way, there is a possibility of point source irritation.

May be gout, or arthritis, you need to see a doctor,, both are painful.

If it hurts a lot on your heel -might be plantar faciitis
