With vegetables you could blend them and make them into spaghetti sauce or a risotto base
With fruits you could cook them like apples which taste great cooked with cinnamon, some brown sugar and a little bit of apple juice. Maybe if you're gonna eat pancakes, find a recipe for bananna pancakes... they are fantastic and cooked banana tastes nothing like raw banana. If you like mashed potatoes or potatoes in general.. EAT them... potatoes are very nutricious... just dont eat too much french fries cuz they're very fattening.
How about popsickles? There are varieties which are made with real fruit juice (and do not taste like raw fruit).
Be brave and try different kinds of fruits or vegetables... some which you've never tried before... who knows.. maybe you'll find some that you can tolerate eating, or even like !

many health food stores and stores like GNC have alternatives to fruits and veggies. many come in vitamin or powdered drink form. of course, the natural things are the best and most healthy, but if you don't like them, then you won't be able to enjoy them. So try the alternatives.
you could also try smoothies, i know there is a place that serves them where i live called "planet smoothie." the stuff they make there tastes great and is also good for you. just try different things and see what works best for you.

im the same way with fruit. Just make sure that whatever u eat is freshly made. Try some whole grain cereal and milk, or pb and j snd. Fresh baked cookies and cakes. Freshly fried seafood. Freshly fried cookies and cake.
