I have resolved to lose 8 kg. I had put on excess weight while pregnant. I have lost some 5 kg by means of physical activity. But I am finding it difficult to lose this remaining weight as I have got into this habit of in between meals snacking while I was pregnant and while breastfeeding. I get very hungry in between meals and I tend to eat whatever I can lay my hands on. I want to get rid of this habit. If that is not possible then please tell me some healthy low cal snacks that I can store at home and eat when I'm hungry. I live in India.
And one last thing How do I lose weight from my abdomen? It seems a little sagging. And anything to firm up breasts that are loose and sagging?
