If you mean you have to use the restroom frequently (more than 8 times a day), then it is possible that you have an overactive bladder (though if that were true, your doctor should have told you). If this really is the case, my suggestion is to put yourself on a schedule. Limit the # of times you are allowed to go to the bathroom per day. Make a sheet, and sign in when you go and at what time. Every passing day, you decrease the # of times you're allowed to go to the bathroom. After a while, your bladder will be back to normal. Only do this if you really have an overactive bladder, though.

I think your kidney and urinary bladder are weak and since the
bladder cannot hold the urine too long, you need to go the toilet
to pass urine many times at short intervals.
I suggest that you visit a Chinese 'sinseh' (medicine man) in
Chinese medical shop or center in china town. He'll be able
to provide you with chinese herbs to cure your ailments without
much trouble. However, you should avoid or not to eat certain
types of food to help you recover from this problem.
Ask the 'sinseh' and he'll tell it to you.
For your info, Chinese herbs works very well for the above
ailment.
