But now i see him getting into coke again which he stopped (and was clean for sometime) and last night he was drinking on 110 mg of valum im not into pills like that and i never did coke. Any tips to help my friend how do i make him realize what he is doing to himself. I want to help him before it is to late.

He is not on viagra or other medication. He's way beyond the 4 hour limit. It is embarrassing out in public because I can see IT, so I guess everyone else can. He does not seem to mind, if fact, I think he is proud of the bulge. Any thoughts or suggestions?

I asked this question about a month ago, but since then I have recieced my period three tims. All which have ended earlier then normal. I took 4 hpt all were negative. Called my dr she said I was fine. called for a second opioni couldnt get a straight answer. I am on a prescribiton dug for hypothyroidism. The nurse said she not sure but I might need blood work done to check my harmone level. Myhusband and I want to have out forst kid and Im very worried that I might not be able to concieve. I must say that I have been stressed lately. Could this be serious or should I not worry about it

when i say fast, im not meaning like 20 pounds in a month! lol i mean like, 2pds a week or so, you know, gradually.

im aware of drinking water everyday, excercising, and "eatin" healthy, but could you name off some thangs that burn alot of fat (like grape fruit & pickles do) because there so high in acid.

I had my blood pressure taken today and it was 130/52. Should I be worried? Its never been low before and I'm not physically unwell. My resting heart rate is normally between 56 and 62.
