I'm thinking of entering an accelerated BSN program. (I have a bachelor's in a different discipline) The program is basically 12 months of clinical experiences in different areas of nursing. I was wondering if an RN license is all I need to work in the ER, OR, or oncology or if I'll need additional coursework. Also, if I work in one area of nursing and want to switch to a different area is this feasible?

My husband is always so down and he never wants to do anything. When I get involved in things without him he gets all down because I have stuff to do and he doesn't, but he never wants to come with me. He's taken antidepressants in the past but he doesn't like them and they really didn't seem to help much. What can I do to help him and also keep myself from falling into his depression?

I have a child who she needs to watch when they're not in school. Sometimes my wife seems so angry and depressed. She says she has never felt love. She gets very angry with her sister. Is there a doctor in the house,
I have a rash around the penis. I am just curious what is it from? I do wash down there but not clearing up.
I am itchy in the morning and at night before I go to sleep.
I am wondering, when I was married to my ex wife of one year after being together for two and having a son, my stepson has always hit me there sometimes for no apparent reason. Eventhough he is ADHD, I have tried to ask him not to hit there.

I have had 50 jobs in 8 years. I have a lot of bills and I cant seem to keep a job. It makes me feel like a bum and a nobody. I cant stand living like this. I have no money for prescriptions or mental health care. I dont know what to do. My mom is very sick and I am trying to get a great job or career so I can also help her out. Hi all. 26m here. I started 1 month + ago to feel like my ear was clogged, and i would wake up with my ear feeling so clogged i thought i was losing my hearing. went to doc recently, he prescribed drops( Murine ear wax removal system)..I actually felt even worse, like my ear was so much more clogged it felt as if it was going to pop.. now 1 day after, i still feel clogged. very bad.. he he, so i decided to look at my ear with the webcam to see what was going on. Notice i said webcam, because it's an IBOT computer camera but i don't mean i showed it to someone , i mean i connected it to the computer and with a computer video program you can see the video on the computer screen. So what i noticed is i have a tremendous amount of hard wax starting from the ear canal and going deeper into the ear. no wonder i feel like this. But i've used peroxide and murine ear wax removal kit,, and i don't get any relief..i even tried water..and that hard wax doesn't seem to disolve.. what todO?
