I would suggest you pay a visit to a naturopath and/or a homeopath. You can check with your local health food store to see if there is one they recommend. If not, there's links at the bottom to find them in your state. These professionals will be able to help you determine what you need to help your body balance. What works for some, may not work for you -- each specific cause is different.

Is this a family trait? My siter-in-law has tremors in both hands...made worse by stress, caffeine, and lack of sleep. My son has a tremor in his right hand...neither is affected beyond what people may have to say about it(and I do realize that in some cases that is more than enough) There is a drug that is available but it's side effects are worse than the ailment but you may have found that out for yourself...good luck with the accupuncture I do know that it does work wonders...biofeedback perhaps?

Hey:

If neurologist have ruled out Parkinson's, ALS, MS, etc., I have another suggestion....

A specific type of Chiropractic care that seeks the alignment of the Atlas bone. Because it surrounds the Brainstem, misalignments at that level can cause all sorts of grief.

Choose carefully.

A very good friend of mine has Essential Tremor, and we have found a functional fruit juice with medical validation that has really alleviated the tremors. She found that no medicine had ever made any difference, yet this is helping her a great deal.
