My eye does that too. It is just something that happens! Do you notice of you try to look in the mirror to see it, it just stops? Sometimes I feel like the nerve is messing with me!

it's probably not this...
The most common cause of twitching eyelids is myokymia, a usually benign condition in which there are spontaneous contractions of motor units or muscle fibres. When it causes a twitching eyelid, the impulses arise from discharging branches of the facial nerve. Electrophysiologically there are characteristic findings with very high frequency bursts of discharges occurring several times per second. Usually, there is fatigue associated with myokymia, but in the vast majority of cases, the actual cause is never identified. Hyperexcitability of the axon membrane is present, perhaps due to changes in its biochemical microenvironment. There are several neurological disorders which may also cause myokymia, but the clinical features that generally accompany these conditions would provide clues to a secondary cause. Twitching eyelids can be treated with small doses of botulinum toxin injection. In most cases, however, no treatment is needed, and a simple explanation and reassurance is usually sufficient.

BUT this - Eyelid Twitch.
The cause of minor eyelid twitching is unknown. A slight spasm of the lower eyelid or even both eyelids is common and of no concern.

It means you're tired and not getting enough sleep or you are under stress. You need to relax and try to get extra sleep for the next couple of days and it will go away. Take a nice, long hot bath. Good luck!

it's just an eye twitch. i get them now and then, usually when i'm stressed.

i think sometimes there are nutritional deficiencies that can also cause eye twitching, but i'm sorry i can't remember what it is.

try googling causes of eye twitching and see if there are any recommended remedies. it is annoying, isn't it?
