HI all I live in plymouth indiana and I am looking to try and find out if there has been any complaints made against a Dr.Kubley. If there is anyone else that has used this doctor and had problems with him please post me a message or email me. I am REALLY needing someone to help me out with this or if someone can tell me where i can look for complaints against this doctor.

I checked the FDA website :http://www.accessdata.fda.gov/scripts/wlcfm/company_archive.cfm?FL=K all the way back to 1996 and found nothing on him.

Hi- I could look up your doctor if you also had his first name. In any rate, you can find out if he has paid any malpractice fines in the past years by checking the Indiana State Medical Licensing Board: https://extranet.in.gov/WebLookup/Search.aspx

Check with the medical board for your state. Maybe the better business bureau would have something.
