Yes, 7.2 on the beep test is good lower then 5 on the beep test wouldn't be that great. I'm 16 and I can get up to 8.5 before giving up and I do track (mainly sprinting) so you're doing pretty well. Do some cardio training and you'll probably be able to come back and beat that later on. Coach told us that if you're higher then 8-9 then your REALLY fit in terms of cardio.
In terms of helpful info? Ahhhh.... pace yourself so you don't burn yourself out, you should be able to walk the first few levels with not much difficulty. More helpful info in link at the bottom.

yes. most people only reach to 5.0. when i was that age i reached 7.4 . that's when i was very healthy. you would be good at long distance stuff you should go in some school clubs for sports.
