Simple. A few helpful remedies as follows:
1. After defficating don't wipe into your cooter.
2. Make sure your nasty boyfriend brushes his teeth prior to going down on you.
3. If all else fails a brillo pad and some extra strength comet should do the trick.

you may have a yeast infection. if ur able to go to a GYN u should go, but if not try Monistat or the like, which is over the counter. u can also speak w/ the pharmacist. also, if ur using a soap that has perfumes or dyes you may need to switch to Dove or Ivory. change your panties to cotton, use panty liners and change them frequently and you can also sleep without any panties so your lips can breath at night.

they have some stuff they sell over the counter i think it's vagisil cream. you really should go to the doctors though this could be some sort of infection. do not douche because this will throw off your bodies chemicals down there, and could possibly spread the infection.

Nothing, its a yeast infection. get a yeast med at the grocery store. Get the 7 day treatment. DO NOT get the 1 day treatment. It usually doesnt work.

Vagisil, Gynecort - any of those over the counter meds. Could be the start of a yeast infection. If it persists, definately see your gyno.

put plain yogurt on your labia. they contain active enzymes which will kill any bad bacteria. sounds like you have a yeast infection.
