May I suggest a meal replacement shake, this will help you lose weight in a healthy way and you will be happy with the results. Along with drinking water and exercise this will make you feel better and have more energy.

Well you are on the right track, forget about going on the scale every day, this is only a deterrent.
When you eat healthy, fix your plate as you normally do and then look at the size of serving, try and cut it down a little, meaning put some back in the pot.
There are guidelines to follow if you are comsuming meat than the size of the palm of your hand you are overeating in this catagory, fill yourself with vegetables, and carbs like spaguettie patatoes should be no more than 1/2 cup serving per meal.
If you get hungry between meals have a fruit or celery. Drink green tea, it is very useful. Lots of water like you mentioned stay away from all soft drinks only allow one a month if you must have it and I don't believe in eating anything with substitutes in them they are bad for you.
Grape fruit or cranberry juice gets your metabolism working so you start to burn your food sooner these are good to start your day with. Don't skip a meal, unless you really aren't hungry, if you aren't hungry at meal time don't eat.
Remember to help you or encourage you look at a pound of butter and if you achieve loosing that in a week then you have lost a lot of fat. envision it.
Also exersice is good but builds muscles and muscles weigh more then fat. Another good rule is to stop eating after 8:00 pm . Good luck.

The only way to lose weight is to want to loose it and keep it off forever and not eat the food you eat now. Exercise is a MUST! Read every single label you buy, no sugar, lots of protein, correct calories for you. I had the gastric stapling and I eat fish, salmon twice a day 7 days a week because I am a picky eater. I don't like foods. I don't like fattening foods so cookies, candy, desserts, alot of food at one time wasn't my problem. I don't like salads, I don't like vegetables, I do like fruits so now is the low fat, low sugar read labels. I have a whole new way of eating and I do it. The fish satisfies me and I eat very little but I eat twice a day and very little calories. I have not gained any wait, I don't want to. There are not foods that will do it for you, I work my but off exercising, surgery was very hard, and I have been very care full I have a health history for a 40 year old that I had to have this surgery to live. I had to loose weight to help me with my other illness's which is has improved so much. Not everyone who is overweight is from eating. Find your way to loose the weight you can keep it off. Go to obesity.com. Good luck!!!

It isn't healthy to lose weight quickly, but perhaps you could check out the methods used by "The Biggest Loser" television show and run those past your doctor. They probably involve excessive amounts of exercise.
It seems the best policy to adopt is not to get too overweight. That way the weight can come off in a few months. Weight-watchers has a good reputation as far as keeping off the pounds and is reasonably priced. Maybe stick with them for a few years.

Ok,
first off.. an hr cardio a day is gr8 to lose even more than 2pounds a week!!
green tea is gr8 to burn fat, celery is too..... grape fruit is even best to have b4 every meal or after.........
do not eat anythinggggg at all after 6pm..... just water water water... and i do agree with replacement shakes....... but they are hard to stick too..... so just go on a lean protein diet, with very very low carbs, have an apple in the mornin, apples helps ur metabolism to burn faster, so u have have 2 apples a day or so...... work out in the morning, its the best time, on an empty stomach, it helps boost ur metabolic rate/1 good luck!!

Foods don't burn off fat. Exercise does.
There are no ways to lose weight fast that are healthy for you. The best this to do is continue to exercise and eat healthy, like you're doing, and it will come off.

These days, everyone is on a diet... which is a good thing! I like the fact that people are trying to transform their lives for the better. For my wife and I, we needed something that fit our schedule and didn't involve calorie counting, menu planning, etc... that is why we turned to two products. First Limu Plus... taken daily. Second, was the appetizer diet. Just mix a shake and open a cookie... it is that simple! My wife and I have lost several pounds and are believers. For more information, please visit:
