I see you have a lot of answers to this question, but let me tell you the REAL reason us women go the bathroom in groups. First of all, public bathrooms are always broke down in some way, shape or form. As soon as you go in, the floor is disgusting. And of course the little hook on the door is always broken or missing, so you need a friend to hold your purse. Then, as soon as you get in the stall and go to squat, you realize the door doesn't lock. You're friend's second job is to hold the door closed. Then after you strain all the muscles in your legs to squat, trying your hardest to avoid contact with that disgusting toilet seat, you realize there is no toilet paper in your stall. So now your friend has to get some toilet paper out of your neighboring stall. Going to a public restroom is definitely a two man job. But be a pal, and return the favors to your friend.

I think you know the answer to that 8-). Girls and guys both go to the bathroom in groups. Usually this is because it is a place to talk privately. Usually I think this behavior starts in elementary school because you can get out of being in class and go talk for a few minutes.

i just read the very same question in either Allure of Cosmopolitan. and their answer was that most girls go to the bathroom so that they can chat and have their friends give their opinion about the hot guy one of the girls likes, or another's date or to get feedback from their friends and to hear if the comments are either good or bad other times when not on dates girls go to the bathroom together so that they can keep each other co. as well as to chat or gossip !

We always go in group cause we never can stop talking at all
specially if we are in a club you want to tell your girl friend about the guys you think are cute or about the girls outfits lol

Because they play with each other's naughty bits while peeing...
They also have naked pillow fights in the bathroom. That is why the women's bathrooms are always so clean...they are constantly picking up the down feathers everywhere so they stay clean all the time...

Because we are "chatty" and we need someone to talk to. Guys don't even make eye contact in the bathroom, let alone actually conversing with each other.

For me, when I hear someone excuse themselves to go to the bathroom it puts in the forefront of my mind that hey, I've been needing to go for the past 10 minutes...so I go with them.
