No, but I have heard warm tea helps. It was my experience that if I took potassium tablets it would get rid of the excess water and improve the blosting and the cramps.

I've heard that there is fruit called Noni. Not Noni juice that is sold in a bottle, but an actual fruit that does a number of healthy things for your body. But for your question is aids the female reproductive system and helps minimize menstrual cramps. I don't know where you get that fruit. I take it in a liquid supplement that already has it in it.

Depends where the cramps are. Foods high in magnesium will help, as will magnesium supplements. If the cramps are common you may need a blood test to check your sodium and magnesium levels.
