He is not on viagra or other medication. He's way beyond the 4 hour limit. It is embarrassing out in public because I can see IT, so I guess everyone else can. He does not seem to mind, if fact, I think he is proud of the bulge. Any thoughts or suggestions?

An erection that last that long can cause serious problems. It makes urinating more difficult, and the bladder may not empty which can lead to UTI, and other problems as well.. Something is wrong, get him evaluated by a doctor If he wants a bulge, roll up a hankie!!

Sorry honey, that is totally impossible. Having an erection for more than 5 hours is very painful and walking around is impossible. You might have him wear a very tight jock strap when out in public as that will keep his penis from bulging out.

there is a flow of blood through it if it is partially blocked that causes an erection. when the sexual excitment is over then the blood flow is returned to normal and things go back down. now if the flow is intrupted permantely presto an erection until the doctor does something for him. if this flow gets fully blocked he will not think its very funny and you will have no problem getting him to the dr then.

He should see a doctor (a urologist specifically) ASAP before he ends up losing his pride and joy due to lack of blood flow.
