I would like to know. I mean some girls just tempt me to look and when i do the giv me a weird look. Im like sorry i cant help u have a lot of cleavege. So it your fault for tempting me.

Also if yur gunna wear stuff like that dont tell me u dont want people to look. other wise u could have worn somthing else

I've been hearing bout circuit training about the benefits it does. Since i weight around 210lbs and 5"11, my main goal is to lose fat but toned up my muscle. Will circuit training be ideal for me or should i just stick w/ traditional weight lifting? Somebody help me out.

I had a grade 2-3 sprain earlier this year, the ankle really achess still after activity and in the middle of the night. My doc hasn't ordered any tests and doesn't seem to take me seriously since my physio is over with. I feel like it's a joint pain but the doc says I'm too young for arthritis and stuff. What should I do to lessen the pain?

it started three months ago i woke up and i could not move.my muscles hurt and are very tight.after some rest it get better,but if i am sitting on the floor for a long time it happens agian.i have lost 30 pounds in three months.no excercise.all weight was lost in my arms and legs.i used to be able to do about 500 push ups,now have a hard time with 10.doctors say need e.e.g. and m.r.a.,i already got a x-ray and m.r.i. for my back. please tell me whats wrong with me!!!

I was really desperate for money to keep in my college and this guy who said he was a retired scientist said that if i took a harmless shot that he would pay for my tuition. I know it was stupid but if i didnt get the money i would have to go home where my father would kill me for quiting. So he payed me and i took it. 9 days later ive noticed all these pitch black hairs on my chest, and i have no chest hair, ive had them for 2 days but they are now almost 1cm long. if this continues, i wount be able to see my skin i was going to tell the police but he said that if i do he will go after my girlfriend! what should i do!!

I have been on Paxil now for almost a year, and I was wondering if it causes weight gain, it seems like 2 years ago I weighed 220, now I found myself weighing 260, I am dieting and excersizing now.. does Paxil have anything to do with weight gain?

About 2 months ago I just got out of Treatment. I was addicted to Meth, and Marijuana. I know meth is really bad, I've heard all the what if's from my friends and family. But my problem is this; My Uncle lives next door and he has 2 little boys. Whenever one of them is around me their mother (my Aunt) calls him inside for some reason. So then I take the hint and go home. Please help me I love my family so much. I don't know what else to do.

Friday I will eat pasta, bread, salad and fruit. I need to be out the door at 6:30 to drive up to the race. I don't run until 12:30, and I'm not sure what and when I should eat to hold me off for the race. When should I stop eating? Maybe like 10:45 to let my food digest and run on not full but not empty. Thanks for your comments or suggestions. This is my second 5k. One my first I finished 22:23. Practice has been going good and I hope to chop off 30 seconds. Running is awsome!!! Thanks.

I am a 15 year old girl. I first got my period when I was 13 years old and I had it for two weeks. Every time I get my period it gets shorter and shorter each time but not heavier really. The 2nd to last time it was 5 days and now it lasted only 4. It has decreased from a week to like 4-5 days. Whats up with my body.? Is this normal? Im not sexually active so I'm not pregnant. My dad died unexpectedly a few days ago and we have no idea why. It was a normal day, he went to work, came home and mowed the lawn, watched a movie with mom, and went to bed. Mom woke up to hear him moaning like he was having a nightmare. She shook him but he wouldn't stop. His eyes were open and "hazey". His body started to curl up and get real tight. Then he started having breathing issues. Eventually he just went limp and died. He was 62, a healthy active construction worker with no heart problems or anything. He did have diabetes but it was only a pill now and then when needed. He had that under control. I just can't understand what happened. I hope a doctor happens to read this and offers an opinion, or perhaps someone has known of a death similar to this one and can tell me what the cause of death was.
