If you start shaving, it will become an almost daily exercise with your facial hairs growing in fuller and thicker over the years.
If you start bleaching, that could also become a lifetime practice, but fortunately not as often as shaving.
At 14, maybe your mother will give you the OK to wear a little make-up -- a face foundation over the hairs will tone them down so no one will notice.
Waxing can be nice - but again it becomes a way of life, and you will continually go back for treatments.
If you have some money, or your mother can afford it you may want to consider electrolysis as a solution. I'm putting the Yahoo search in so you can read about it.

Yes, you can wax at home. Go to the health and beauty department of your local drug store and see what they have. Sally Hansen has a few different waxing products and I know there are others out there. You could also try the salon. Some of them only charge five or ten dollars for a lip wax.

I would not suggest shaving. I would however suggest possibly getting laser treatments. They are not as painful as some people say. Yes, the skin over on the face is sensitive, but not as sensitive as say the bikini area. It lasts longer than waxing and doesnt grow back as dense or dark as shaving. The cost is a bit more but worth it in the long run. Good luck.

You could wax at home, I wouldn't recommend shaving. You can also buy a bleach so that the hairs will become lighter and less noticeable.

everyone else is not as concerned as you are as females we tend to be hard on ourselves about our appearence. I am a naturally hairy person and when I was in high school I would shave all the hair off that I possibly could but then my mom told me that I would get older and find a man that would be attracted to all my hair, and I did my husband and I have been together for 11 years and when ever I talk about cuttting my hair or shaving hair he gets upset (except my legs in the summer its too hot to have hairy legs in the summer).

Waxing and plucking hurt but can be worth it or you can try bleaching it.
