I have outdoor allergies and cat allergies. What is the best over-the-counter allergy medicine to get (I'm also looking for the cheapest one)?

Drugs and chemicals just serve to exacerbate the problem. Please be careful not to get carried away in our drug-obsessed society.

Allergies are no longer a problem to control.

A group of complex carbohydrates should normally be attached the proteins of every single cell in the human body.

The transfer of all biological data at cellular level depends upon all of those carbohydrates being in place.

Allergies come about because the immune system misidentifies normal cells and molecules, and simply reacts incorrectly. This is due to one or more of the necessary carbohydrates being absent, and results in compromised immune function.

Replacing these missing carbohydrates is quite straight forward, and promotes proper immune response.

I personally prefer Zyrtec because it blocks my cat and dust allergies 100% but at the same time does not cause drowsiness like other ones do.
I'm not sure if its OTC though, my dad works in a hospital and gets free samples all the time, so it might be by prescription only.
