i am scared.I just had an appendix removal.But I am a large man,So it was considered major surgery.went back to dr. yesterday.He stuck big q-tip in between my 24 staples,and fluid gushed out,I had been swollen and very bloated.I know it looked like a half gallon of the stuff.the dr. said fat does not heal good.he said may have to remove staples readmit me to hosp. open surgical scar and let heal from inside out.he said wiould take long time to do so.he said is long way out of the woods for me.nonetheless it has been a life changing event for me.I have lost about 40lbs. so far.160 to go.does anyone have any safe ways I might be able to help this thing recover to avoid going back into the hospital and going thru more hell?i go back monday to be checked again,i just want to make it thru the weekend without any swelling.Please help me,i am so scared.I am afraid to die.i know is my fault for getting so big.i am paying for it now.

this is me and i want to get fitness, skinnier and tonify. i used to walk/jog/run almost 2 hrs everyday and i had tried the south beach diet... but i got sick after that routine... i think i was forcin my body system too much and now im trying this; its hard but worthfull:

- waking up at 5 am after 10 hrs sleeping to make kickboxing-cardi o exercises
-eating healthy (not junk foods)
-walking 1 hr 1/2 every 3 days...

do u think it will work out?

and the grown-up teeth have come in for both of them. But now the second grown-up tooth is loose. Has anyone had this happen? I called our dental clinic and will take her in for sick-call first thing on Monday but was wondering if this has happened to anyone elses child. She has no cavities or decay whatsoever on any of her teeth, and no gum problems, and I take her for her regular dental check-ups. She doesn't go around eating candy all the time and only drinks milk or water so I don't think we're doing anything that would harm her teeth. I'm so distressed by this, it's a brand new tooth!

i used to use 'veet' but recently i came to know its not safe to use hair removal creams and lotions on genital organs and i also found it on the veet's packet tht we shud not use those creams to shave pubic hair..n I also found risky to work with razor...can anyone tell me some other safe way?

Ants are attracted to my cup altho i washed it many times, scrub it, soak in detergent etc. even if theres water in my cup, they kip coming and then drown in the water.
wads wrong wit em?!!?
my cup dun hav any smell.

i jus drink the ants down. any problem?
and why do u tink the ants kip coming!

I have a real painful ache in the back of my ankle when I walk uphill - I think it's my achilles tendon. I almost have to stop walking but I don't. When I reach level ground again, eventually it goes, but if I have to stop for any reason, it's really painful and I have to hop from one foot to the other to give the other foot a few seconds worth of rest.

I've only noticed this since I started a new job about a month ago and have to walk uphil to get home - it hasn't bothered me til now but I was wondering;

a) will it go eventually?
b) am I doing myself any damage?
c) any advice on how to stop this?

any advice welcome!

I just saw the ear doctor yesterday. I am going deaf. My hearing is weakest at 8KHz, and 4KHz. My left ear is much weaker than the right.

During Desert Storm 1, I was a radar technician. The transmitter emits a loud whine when it is in operation. Usually it was to my left. The main frequencies of the whine include 8KHz, and 4KHhz.

People have been telling me that I sound stressed on the phone. I have difficulty communicating on the phone,an doften get messages messed up. When I get voicemail, I have to listen to them twice. But in person I do fine. I had not realized that I am always looking them in the face.

almost every morning when i woke up, i sneeze. when i clean up my room or near anything that is dusty, i sneeze. when the temperature changes suddenly (like when you walk out from a cool (air conditioner) room to the hot sunny day, or the otherway around) i sneeze. the sneezing also happens when i forgot to eat on time (such as when i skip lunch, then i sneeze after dinner). the sneezing often followed by trouble breathing, and also itch... please help me.. i've been to several doctors with no progress... i carries "actifet" tablet all day...

I figured someone would ask how I lost that much weight in 2 year. I went to see about the gastic by pass and it scared me to much but I did the deit program when you have your stumack stappled you can only eat 6 1/2 cup meals aday, So I said to myself I can do that with out the sergery and thats what I have done along with lots of excerside and I cut out all sodas, And I started walking everyday and then as I got smaller I started working out, I now walk three miles aday and work out 2 days a week

Its strange....i've told my doctor, we've checked for STD's, i'm definately clean, and yet in the last 5 years, my 3 partners have all reported burning and discomfort after sex. Anyone have any ideas why this couuld be happening? Could all women be allergic to me? Its not a joke, i'm serious and I need to figure out why.
