Your height has to do with genetics mostly. Eat a healthy balanced diet with proteins and carbohydrates and vitamins and minerals. And, if you're still a teen, be patient. My son was the shortest kid in school until this year - his senior year - now he's up with the rest of the guys.

I can advise that having a healthy diet will be a good way to keep your body well and feeling good, make sure you get the recommended daily intake of calcium. A diet high in calcium rich foods like low-fat dairy products, nuts, seeds, leafy green vegetables and essential fatty acids is very good for strong bones. Also taking regular exercise - both aerobic and strength/ resistance training will make sure that your bones will stay strong.
But most of all enjoy being that little bit smaller, i myself am under average height and i like not banging my head as often! Good luck

how old are you? if you're a girl over 16 or a boy over 19 i'm afraid there's not much hope. but if you're younger, i suggest taking excellent nutrition (MUST supplement), eat well, and thrive in sports that stretch your limbs, e.g. swimming or basketball. this heightens the chance for you to maximise your adult hight.
this is a good practice to continue even if you're not growing anymore--it won't make you taller but it'll make you healthier.
i recommend Nutrilite--the only brand of supplements that is 100% organic and controlled from seed to serving. www.quixtar.com to buy if in N. America, otherwise email me and i'll find out for you how you can get it.

Eat healthy and have tall parents. Having tall parents is the most important factor. Eating healthy your whole life (starting at birth) will keep you from being shorter than you should be, but how tall you are generally comes down to genetics.

I dont think there is a way to grow taller if you are already full grown. genitics is unchangable. just love yourself and others will accept you.

Well, if you are very young you could get growth hormones but they are not 100% proven.
If you are older then sorry there is nothing that you can do.
