-eating healthy (not junk foods)

Hey .. you look great already. :)

But I can see how you might be concerned. Try very hard not to gain more.

I think it will work. Make sure you get your 8 hrs + sleep. Keep the calories in line .. start counting them and don't eat more calories .. you can eat more food, just it has to be vegies and stuff.

Small change: I would try to walk 1/2hr every day (or more). This is what the aerobics books recommend.

It took 8 months but I lost 60 pounds in a similar way long ago. I was swimming 1 mile a day, walking 1 mile a day and eating about 1200 calories a day. I then was able to keep the weight off for 2 years, until I met a person who was bad for me and encouraged me to eat like I used to. I dread a weight loss program now.

Yoga is great too or a more traditional martial art if you want variety.

This looks like a good plan, but it really has to fit your lifestyle, otherwise it's completely useless. You'll get frustrated, not lose weight and maybe gain weight after weeks or months of frustration..You're already really thin, so your body's metabolism might not allow you to lose anymore weight, you just have to keep it from going into starvation mode....where you won't lose much weight, and your body will slow down try to gain weight from every calorie you injest because it thinks you don't have access to food.

i think that if you want it to work then it will......because more then anything it comes done to YOU and what you are willing to do and to stick with because you could do allthe diets and work outs in the world but if u are not doing them whole heartedly then it wont matter....so you have to ask your self...is this going to work for me?

i'd probable draw the line on the 1st or 2nd time. It depeneds on what the story s(he) has given. while they cheats on you many times back they do no longer understand you, dont care and dont love.
