Health - 12 September 2006

I want to be able to do at least 4 pull ups for the fitness test at school. It is in November sometime. I have really no upper body strenth... I cant try to do any pull ups because I cant go to the gym and cant find no bars. and I stay at home alot. and I dont like the flab on my arm. Help... more than just push ups...

i've had sex with 7 people now and it still hurts. sometimes it hurts so much it makes me cry. i've never enjoyed it i just hope that the more i do it the less it will hurt, but this doesnt seem to be the case. i sometimes cause pain on guys as they think i'm too tight. why is this causing me so much pain? why can i not just enjoy it?
