Okay. Here goes. When you do decide to have sex, relax. Chances are there will be little to no pain and in fact, you may not actually bleed. The reason for not bleeding is your hymen may already be breached for reasons of if you play sports, for example, or use tampons, etc. Just so you know, the proper phrase is "popping the cherry." If, in fact your hymen is still intact, then, yes, you may bleed. You should only bleed when the penis tears (breaks) the hymen away from the vaginal walls and it should only be a small amount. However, I strongly suggest that you wait until you are completely comfortable with the idea of having sex for the 1st time before actually having sex. Judging by your question you are still too young to be having sex and should wait until you are older, more mature and have a better understanding of the pros and cons of sex.

Sometimes some bleeding can occur. If you're greatly concerned about the amount of bleeding or pain, your gynocologist can perform a procedure to break the hymen for you. I believe it is an outpatient procedure.

Yes, there is usually bleeding because the hymen is torn. It can be painful, but it won't always be.

If you're asking this kind of question...I would hold off on the experiment...and just remember:
Lots of PAIN...
two minutes of please can lead to a lifetime of AIDS or HERPES. If you don't know what these are...go look them up. There are pictures.
