I brush 2 times a day. I'v never had a cavity & my teeth are really nice, so I keep them brushed, sparkly & clean. I HATE that nasty feeling on my teeth when they're not brushed anyways, so it's easy for me 2 keep them brushed.

Twice a day, I use a tongue scrapper, I floss once a day and use mouth wash twice a day, I do on occasion brush up to 4 times a day if I have eaten alot of cariogenic foods.

I'm 32 and have never had any dental work needed. No fillings, no problems. Just routine cleaning at the dentist every 12 months.

I brush my tooth plenty. i assume approximately 5 to eight circumstances an afternoon. I unquestionably have toothbrushes and toothpaste at 3 diverse places in my homestead, the bathing room sink, interior the bathe and interior the kitchen. i like the earnings of being able to sweep my tooth each and every time i'm getting the urge to. :D
