I'm in highschool, I'm not talking fat or even over weight, I just mean with a little soft belly and not much defined muscle (but still muscular underneath the layer of chub) Because my cousin said girls think chubby guys are cute.

I'm in college and that's the culture here. I like to go out but I also don't want to put on weight. I feel like if I don't go out with my friends I'll miss something. So don't give me any sanctimonious answers like "Just don't drink! duh" or "only have 1-blahblahblah" or "you're an alcoholic." I'm gonna do what I'm gonna do regardless. people from my High School ALL the time. old friends, ppl i hardly knew. not usually teachers, but mostly friends i had when i was younger that im no longer close with. High school was a long time ago, and i dont know why, all of a sudden, im dreaming of it every night.

i also always feel 'trapped' or that i've done something wrong.

are there any really good dream decifering websites i can check out? thats what i'd really like. a good one thats not generic.

I'm 16. I usually had my period the normal 28 days after the prior but now I'm having it around 14 days after. It is just as heavy and lasts just as long as they normally do. this has been happening for over 2 months. I'm supposed to have a female exam but I just want to know what could possibly be wrong with me.

Let me explain. When you have the urge to go the bathroom (for a "number two") it has to be acted on more or less immediately. If you suppress the urge (for instance because there is no convenient convenience or you're stuck in a work situation) then the chances are that you can't recreate the urge through force of will. You have missed the "poo boat", and have to wait for it to come round again of its own accord. It is similar to having a good idea or clever thought - if you don't write it down straight away, the chances are it will disappear and, as often as not, no amount of strenuous thought can summon it back. I hope this makes sense.

Hi, I am 15 years old, I first got my period almost 4 years ago. For about the first 2 years it only came a few times, then for the 3rd year it came pretty regularly, but now it hasn't come in 2 months. I am completely a virgin, but last month I got my first boyfriend, I want to ask my mom to take me to the doctor because of my period problems, I don't know if I should be on birth control or what, but I don't want my mother to think that I want to the birth control also to become sexually active with my boyfriend, which I have no current plans of. Should I go see a doctor, or is this normal? How long should I wait before I see a doctor? Thanks!

Try pinching the skin right at your elblow, the loose skin. No matter how hard you pinch, you don't feel it!

Yet your knee, similar to the elbow, you do feel the same.

I had gall bladder surgery appx. 1 month ago. The incision in my navel isn't closed and seems to be forming a figure 8 . . . so that there will be 2 openings for a navel when it's done.

Any suggestions? (Besides going back to doc . . .) Anyone have experience in this area?

It is very difficult for me to understand how possibly I can have lumps on the sides of my gums in between my bottom lip and my jaw bone that hurt and the same on the other side of that area and on the top of my mouth also. I have a temporary false plate that hurts to much to keep in because of the little protrusions that appeared about 3 days after surgery. No one told me about this complication and I've had such terrible luck with dentist that I am extremely worried and if anyone knows anything I would be so thankful if you emailed me. I had about $50,000 worth of work on my teeth and it was finished in 2000 only to find out that the dentist that I have no occlusion. How can my mouth hurt so much when there are not any teeth in there? I'm usualy pretty good with pain but this is like a constant ache and with Motrim 600 mg and Tylenol 3, I still have pain. Thank you for your help.
