If you are refering to the doggystyle position than yes you can definitely get pregnant. Any time the penis enters the vagina it can cause pregnancy, even if the male never actually climaxes. Anal sex on the other hand you can not become pregnant.

Whatever position you choose whilst having sex can get you pregnant with anal being the exception. At any time a penis is inserted into a vagina can a woman become pregnant. Why would you think that doggie style would be an exception ?
