my menstruation lasts almost a week...is there something I can do about that? I know it's normal, but I just want to last less than a week....any advice?

There is a new BC pill out that makes your period last 3 days, not sure of the name.

There's nothing you can do other than go on Birth Control Pills. Something that naturally happens with the body usually can't be controlled.

talk to your doctor about different birth control options that will give you shorter periods. some pills even let you have just 4 periods a year.
