Is the heart of womens is always on the right side or on the left side of the chest?

Your heart actually lies in the middle of your chest behind the breast bone (sternum) to protect it and the aorta comes out from this too. Because the heart is quite large there is a proportion which lies to the left of the chest, some of the ventricles. This is the same in men and women.
There are exceptions for example if there is a collapsed lung the heart can be pushed or pulled to one side or the other, or there is a medical condition that the internal organs can be the opposite sides, this is called situs inversus.
