been awake 2 day i very tierd but when i lay in bed i no sleep just lay for ages with eyes open canot keep closed or go sleep

I am a college freshman, and I currently weigh 160. I would like to weigh 200 by the end of the school year. I am pretty cut right now. I wanna be bigger, but I want to stay defined. So I need some advice on what to eat and how to exercise properly. I plan on working out four times a week, and I can use the dining hall only three times a day unfortunately. Considering my situation, what would you suggest I do? I want some detailed answers. Thank you.

I start school again tomarrow and this is my jr year. Everyday before school I get sick. Physicaly sick. I was told I have anxity. I do not know what the problem is. She tenses up as I am about to enter. I do enjoy the tight feel but she is obviously in pain. As i progress all is fine but initial entry for the past few weeks has been a little hell for her. She has been to the doctor and they cannot find anything wrong with her (no std's).
