My best de-stressing technique is exercise. A good work out makes helps to get rid of pent-up aggression in a positive way. It also clears my mind (I swim and find that having my head under the water really blocks out the world).

Bonus is - it also keeps you physically healthier at a time when otherwise your health might suffer...

Ten years ago I was stressed out at work, (my job was on the line). My wife told me to quit, she said that I'd be no good to her dead, (high blood pressure). The next day when I went to work I told my boss "my wife told me to quit". When he heard that he no longer had ANY power over me.

1st.. life is to short to stress about work (its a job) leave work issues at work ,NEVER take them home.
2nd.. get a less stresful job (not easy ) but refer back to 1st answer ...
3rd... try finding a passtime that demands concentration and is fun , this should distract you from thinking about work .
