your skin needs to be clean all the time just wash ur face only with water 4 to 5 times a day, drink lots of water eat fruits avoid oily food........ and yes do not apply make up till it is most neccessary....do not experiment with new and unfamiliar products, and cleanser and toner fine but do not forget even they carry chemicals, and most important wash ur face before bed and use a good eye makeup remover..... and if you have pimples do not touch it with ur fingers or else it will spread.

Could be you are allergic to the products you are using...try another brand and see if the same thing happens or not...in my experience, the pimples i get are caused by hormone fluctuations, and nothing can be done about that...

i never heard of that. when you clean it, that usually means you are washing away the oils and crap. woman get pimples cause they put that makeup stuff on, what is it; the compound which closes you pores and stuff. your skin cant breath so it creates pimples

i've heard that explanation before. i never had pimples before either, then i used a new cleanser, and the same thing happened to me. but you should still ask a doctor. good luck.

pimples are formed when oil produced under your skin is blocked from coming outside, due to blocked skin pores.
cleaning your skin means that you are helping your skin to avoid pimples.
clean skin avoids pimple,
rather creating them.

sounds to me that you might be allergic to whatever you are using. I get red bumps like that from certain shampoos.
