a supermarket smokers toothpaste may help it don't have to be a well known brand, but I would not recommend any self bleaching kits as I have seen bad results and ulcerated gums, it has burnt them.
Really the only safe way is to do it in a dental chair privately, the yellowish tooth colour means that your teeth are strong,as it shows you have a lot of dentine substance. If you had naturally white teeth which most people haven't it means they are not strong and could break easily

I have worked in a dentist/othodontic office for 3 yrs. The truth is that Crest White Strips (cost $25-$40) work just as good as having your teeth bleached by a professional for $300-600.

To whiten teeth and remove stains, try brushing with baking soda mixed in a paste with water and a little hydrogen peroxide. Both are inexpensive and be bought in the grocery store.

Ur stupid if u pay the money to have it done in the first place!!!! more yellowy teeth are stronger, using bleach makes them incredibly sensitive and u have to constantly top it up which costs even more stupid money! Don't use smokers or whitening toothpastes either cos the are much too abrasive and will wear the surface enamel off much quicker. Leave them natural, much better to be u!!!

Cleaning your teeth's everyday is definitely going to help, the more the better and with a soft toothbrush you wouldn't want to hurt your gums of course OR you'll just have to go to the dentist but don't try any weird things that you don't know of before asking your dentist, who knows any better then your dentist, but one important thing is to definitely NOT TRY the Crest Whitening Strips my dentist told me so many ways it affects your teeth and one of them was that it takes away the natural shine of your teeth so take my advice and DON"T use it !!!! Good Luck :P !!

Try the Crest Whitestrips Professional Strength. However, they work best after a professional cleaning at the dentist office. Good luck!

I'd vouch for baking soda, as recommended by others too. Try mixing some with toothpaste while brushing to make it more palatable - it really does help! Other than that, avoid stain causing drinks and food - teas, coffees, colas, etc. and if you do have them, brush soon afterwards.

you can try a tooth whitening kit from boots for about 10 to 20 pounds , but the best way is the dentist ,you get what you pay for.

There is a natural toothpaste you can buy at a health food store, the name of the company is Jason....awesome stuff. I buy the Power Smile (they make different ones). Takes a couple of weeks before you really notice but does it work, why yes it does.
