I start school again tomarrow and this is my jr year. Everyday before school I get sick. Physicaly sick. I was told I have anxity. It is terrible, I am pertifyed to even have to ask to sit near someone, for fear of rejection. I dont know what to do. Do you have ideas on how to sooth my stomach, and get over my nerves?

Why would a "kickass" kid be having anxiety? You love hanging out with your friends? So why the anxiety?
Obviously you're not as "kickass" as you thought, or this question is a farce... which is it?
You've chosen to "be different". To walk your own path. To play guitar and sing in a band. You don't want to be like the other girls who are afraid to go outside if it's raining.
Something tells me that you don't fear rejection. You'll use rejection as an excuse, but you don't fear it.
Sometimes being different will put up a wall between you and other people. It's going to be up to you to show people that just because you look different on the outside, you're pretty much the same on the inside. Remember: You're judging them just as much as they're judging you!
Go into the classroom, find a seat and simply sit down. No need to ask if you can sit there, there's no ownership in a classroom (and if there is, tell them to get over it!).

It is natural to feel that way. I am 36 years old and when I take classes I still feel a little nervous the first day. Once you get there you will be fine. Let me ask you this? Why dont you feel safe? You need to tell yourself you are safe no matter where you are. There is not a safe person or safe place. It is wherever you are. You walk into that class with your head up high and you sit where you damn well please. Remind yourself that you are an intelligent, caring, confident person. Smile As far as rejection goes....... That could be "their" problem not yours. Not everyone is going to like you no matter how sensitive you are. but, that is their problem not yours. You have your own life to live. Go to GNC and get Bach FLower remedy. It comes in drops and in a spray. Go to the bathroom take a couple of deep breathes ( and a couple of drops or sprays) feel the tension easy and walk into your class. Have a great year!

You don't want to go to school. Your mind is conditioned. Something unpleasant or uncomfortable is attached with school experiences. A psychologist will help you to find the problem and recondition your mind. Using anti anxiety medications (eg. valium) will help you but it is not recommended due to high abuse potential and addiction. Or you can try joining a different school.

You really should get a doctor's advice on that. Sounds like you need a mild nerve medicine. Treat the cause, not the symptom.

Make a cup of peppermint tea and drink it before going to school. You can sweeten it if you want. It will settle your stomach. I hope this helps.

You're kinda young to have a "nervous" stomach, but you might want to try a teaspoon of baking soda in a warm glass of water.

Have you told your parents?
