I've been on Lexapro for almost two months. It's supposed to have taken effect by now, and it has a little bit--but only a little. My eight-week follow-up appointment is coming up so my doctor can see how effective the meds are. I'm only on 10mg of Lexapro--would it make sense to ask him to up the dosage instead of put me on new meds? I don't want to lose what little progress I've made by having to start all over again on new medication.

I currently take Lexipro, and do not have a desire for sex whatsoever. I started to notice this after beginning the meds., and my girlfriend is not being satisfied in the bedroom. I want to please her, but just am not in the mood whatsoever. Thanks for the help!

When I try to go upstairs to bed, I cannot sleep and toss and turn. I am absolutely knackered and desperately need some shut eye. I can sleep like a baby in hotels - why not in my own bed?

Ive changed the bed, matteress, room layout - everything but to no avail.

Anyone any ideas? Ive tried the usual bath, milky drink etc

I'm married for 3 years now and been with my wife for 5 years.
we have a 1 year n 8 mos old beautiful daughter. we never had successful sex since the day we conceived my daughter.
we tried many times but failed. i did erect but when it gets down to business.. my penis is soft and couldn't make it.
I have high blood pressure and my work has really got me stressed.
but i've tried my best to release stress. but it ain't help.

can anyone give me some advice why?
what should i do...?
i know many of you may ask me to seek for therapy. i knew that for sure.
but the reason i posted Q here is to seek for your advice. and probably some of you may experience the same thing as i do. would like to know your recipe for success after failing!

I am 24 have been working out regularly for about 3 years now. When I say regularly I mean 3-5 times a week but there have been a few gaps over this time period for various reasons, that at most have been a couple of months.

I am 6'4" and weigh 195. I really want to start undertaking fitness on a more serious level.

I would like to hear what everyone thinks about a workout routine. Do you think that it should consist of Monday-chest, tuesday-back...etc, or a combonation of muscle groups each day? Also how much cardio? I really want to get my abs defined and don't know if I need more cardio or weight training. I am not fat by any means but my lower abs area is a problem area I don't know how to fix. I had my body fat % taken a few months ago and it was around 14%. Any advice would be appreciated.

The orthodontist gave me a very thick splint about 3 months ago to wear at night. It has helped a little bit, but very slowly. Every time I go to the orthodontist, he just tells me to wear the appliance more. I would like to explore more treatment methods by going to a TMJ specialist, but our insurance doesn't cover it and my mom doesn't want to pay thousands of dollars. My jaw has locked more than twice in the past and it clicks almost every time I open my mouth. Would a TMJ specialist be a good option?

I recently tried Lipodrene to lose weight. It gives me a lot of energy and makes me not as hungry and when I do get hungry, I don't eat very much. Has anyone else tried it? Real answers please from adults... I also am working out on regular basis. Any thoughts or experience with this? Thanks!
