Safe, normal, healthy and FUN! No side effects at all, to the contrary more and more evidence of substantial life long mental and physical benefits. You can see what happens to priests when the Catholic Church forbids them to even masturbate...the Church is now in moral and financial ruin because of all the child molesting priests!
