Saturated Fat 0
Trans Fat 0

.... so what kind of fat is that 2.5g??? Thanks

there are unsaturated fats, too, which are "healthy" fats. they put the other types of unhealthy fats on the label as a matter of public safety, like the warning labels on cigarettes.

Monounsaturated, polyunsaturated.

Trans fats are more deadly than colesterol. No shortening, margerine and watch out for baked goods and Mac Donalds fries.

In the example of the bread, all of the fat is unsaturated fat, which is good for you.
