It sounds like you are double jointed. Don't crack your bones on purpose, that could lead to arthritis.

That depends largely on your age, however my daughters knees
are creaking and she hasn't got Arthritis. Her doctor said its normal and she was 28. I'm the one with Arthritis and nothing creaks or clicks.
But if you're really concerned, go to your doctor.

How old are you? Doesn't really matter. I had this condition since early....everything cracked ... I was adopted, so i found my birth family....ends up that the whole family is afflicted with arthritis. This doesn't mean you've got it, but x-rays will tell.
