I stopped smoking 6 years ago. how long will it take before I get better i have been sick for 6 days and am feeling fed up

Went to a doctor and got checked and I know it is not diabetic related. My father has diabetes and he checks my sugar and it is always ok.
Anyone know what it could be? I can't remember a night that I slept all the way through without waking up to pee or drink some water!

I'm 26 6'0 and 220lbls if that helps

i have been to the dentist who said i have a large upper widom tooth that is pressing on my lower gum and inflaming it.
i'm on antibiotics and taking paracetamol and tramadol for arthritis, so i can only take ibrubrofen as an extra painkiller.
iv'e tried tooth tincture and bongela but nothing lasts.
i cant open my mouth because my jaw is stuck so i'm eating anything like soup and weetabix.
it's been like this for a week now.
i'd be grateful if anyone could think of anything i haven't thought of already.

I have problems with anxiety quite a bit and once or twice a year I go through a spell with horrible panic attacks. I had a couple of days like that earlier t his week. Normally I can talk myself out of them but sometimes they catch me off guard. I get them so that they come one right after the other so that I just exhaust myself. Finally I get a grip on it, then it takes a few days to feel well again. The thing is when I'm going through that I have a hard time eating or drinking. And I'm thin so I don't need to not eat. But I have a hard time forcing myself to eat or even . I know that the low blood sugar makes it worse as well as being dehydrated.

Anyone else with that problem? If so what have you found that works?

I'm not taking any medication because I have a fear of medication and in fact what triggered this bout was I took an Allegra 24 hour dose and it made me start having anxiety so bad that I just felt like I was out of control. It really set me off.
