I've suffered from depression for many years, some one I let too close who knew I suffer from depression spent 12 month repeatedly telling me she could push me to suicide until i eventualy had a nervous breakdown, beforehand, when the depression was really bad and i needed time to pick myself up she would push pain killers into my hand, call me a "******* mental patient", " lenny smalls, geoff woad care in the community, ******* retard" and so on, spout hatred of my family and friends and chant sick graphic rants about sexual abuse towards children like she was some kind of ******* satanist, basically she made me litteraly vomit to the point that i wanted to actualy physicaly kill her. nervous breakdown, tears emptyness rage and hatred and hell broke loose. i still hear her when i sleep and the memory won't go away. i can't let her hatred consume me. she still doesn't stop and she wants to be in control of my destructoin. what do i do?

not sure, but you really should diassociate yourself from her..no one should be in control of any facet of your life..you are the main controler of your life..good,bad,indifferent..do not let her lead you to a breakdown, or into doing something that would hurt you even more in the long run.if she's not part of the solution, luv, she's definitly part of the problem.she sounds as tho she needs some serious help..if the only way she feels validated is by making you insane, & hurls horrible insults at you to make herself feel superior, then she certainly has some of her own probs & issues..be good to you..tell her to piss off

Call the Samaritans. They will listen and not judge. This person is evil. It beggars belief that someone can behave in such a way. Don't be available when she calls. Find a genuine support group, and get counselling.
Your life is really precious. Nobody has a right to make you feel otherwise. If you find an interest that gets you out and about, maybe something voluntary or learning a new skill, you will gain the confidence to pick yourself up. It will be hard at first, but just do it and rid yourself of this person who is weaker and sicker than you will ever be.
My heart goes out to you, please take care of yourself, and good luck. x (Oh and a great big hug)

Murder 2 - depraved indifference - 25 to Life.
If I was prosecuting you I might plead you down to Manslaughter - reckless endangerment - 7 to 12 IF I thought you were truly remorseful and just made a stupid mistake, but you would really have to convince me.

this seems like an odd question. no actually this is an odd question.
i don't know if it's assault. i've been around somebody who was majorly depressed. in my opinion... i think it would more likely be self-defense. good god, sometimes you just want them to do it and get it over with. then we can all go on with our own lives and not have to be sucked to the bottom of the pool with them.
i know that's pretty horrible.

Have you tried seeing someone to talk about your problem? Help from a therapist could help you through this period and make you a stronger person.

yes, of course. A person who is depressed needs help. They don't need encouragement to kill themselves. They need help resolving their problems . Depression is curable. What's wrong with you???

nope but it would be considered murder or lesser extent manslaughter. if you know they are on the verge of suicide and you push them its a crime. although it is very hard to prove, virtually impossible in fact.

why are you still around her? get out, get away, don't do anything you will regret later when you realise that she was the cause of the depression. move on.
