Just cause she is hot is no indicator if she is infected. Just think....You are sleeping with everyone that she has ever slept with, and so on. Kinda gross when you really think about it. It's a wonder any of us have sex!!!

As for your question about a "hot chick". If she has an open sore, or on her menstral cycle and you have an open wound, you can catch certain diseases, Even HCV given the right circumstances.
Although hard to acquire, you can catch it that way.
HIV the virus that causes aids is transmittable by blood or bodily fluids.
