Besides tea and crackers. What food and beverages are suitable when you have an upset stomach, such as Nausea, Diarreah, and throwing up?

What kind of food prevent this?

I am kinda itching where i insert a tampon on the outside and i burn a little like i am irratated. I started my period a little early so now I am on it durning this thing. What can I do for the itching and burning because I have to wear tampons because femine napkins irratate me!? Please Help!!! (Try to give me something that will make me feel better ASAP)

if a charity that helped terminally ill kids (and if you were a terminally ill kid) were to give you any choice of item or thing you ever wanted what would it be? keep in mind that it spends money on other kids and they also have a limit on what they can spend but they will do their best to fulfill your wish. really nice people trying very hard for you. and please try to take this seriously.

Alot of men and women only want a man or womans answers on questions that can be answered by all. I have 2 years of OBGYN training and know more about the female body than most women and im willing to be alot of women out there know alot about the male body so why the gender specific requests? hello, i am in school and i have extreme trouble paying attention in my graduate level classes (read: very difficult topics) ... i have once taken adderall but it was under an extreme circumstance and my doctor felt that i would benefit from taking it... once i was over the circumstance, i did not get another prescription bc i stopped school to deal with my grief...now i am back in school.. and i do not concentrate as well as the others around me since i am always looking around and daydreaming..but when i was on adderall, i was locked in, focused, and argueably took the best notes in the class! it was great! anyhow, i am not sure that just any doctor will give me a class 2 narcotic/drug...so i need help bc i really think that i will not do as well without the ability to concentrate as well! thanks

When I was 2 years old I was attacked by a fighting rooster and every since I have been scared of birds ,my family thanks it is funny. I still have two scars on my arm where the bird got me. that night we had chicken. the owner of the bird was mad. I am 33 years old know.
