it has happend to me becuase i cut often in the same spot and i think the more scars you have the tuffer the skin gets.. upsetting isnt it?

hmm. it depends on where you cut. if you cut on main blood-vessel then it bleeds bad ( may cause to death, do not try it yourself. If you have it as an accident, see a doctor immediately.)
Another reason might be that you have less blood in your body. In that case see a doctor and have blood count.
