depends on how much u weight is how much u eat to lose weight.
000 – 149 20
150 – 174 22
175 – 199 24
200 – 224 26
225 – 249 28
250 – 274 30
275 – 299 31
300 – 324 32
325 – 349 33
350 – 999 34

you have to eat all your points in order to lose the weight
i was on it for 1 week and lost 3lbs by eating 3 points under what i was suppose too. I tried it again later on and lost 5lbs, eating all of my points.

I don't know, but I get Weight Watcher by the truck load for free!!!

About 20-30, you loose weight with Weight Watchers while my dad makes money! ;) It's a perfect deal.
